Online reservation
The traveler chooses your business on the BoxSpot map and pays online. No payment at your location.
Arrival at your location
The traveler arrives and shows you their deposit QR code. You simply welcome them.
Secure validation
You scan the QR code → You take a photo of the luggage → The platform records the deposit automatically.
Back-room storage
The luggage is stored in a dedicated, discreet, and secure space. No specific equipment required.
Luggage pickup
The traveler returns with their pickup QR code. You scan → the platform confirms → you return the item.

You receive 50% of the net amount (after service fees) of each booking. Payments are made monthly with a detailed summary.
A small secure space is enough (back room, closet, etc.). No special equipment needed. We evaluate each space individually.
All bags are stored with verified partners in secure locations. Our support is available 7 days a week to help you with any questions or incidents.
Yes, you can pause your listing at any time from your partner dashboard. If you wish to permanently end the partnership, simply contact our team. There are no penalties or lock-in periods.
Once approved, you receive login credentials for your dedicated partner dashboard. From there you can track bookings, view earnings, manage your availability, and download monthly reports.
Payments are processed on the 1st of each month for the previous month's bookings. Funds are transferred directly to your bank account within 3-5 business days.
