BoxSpot operates only with selected, verified, and contractually committed partners.
Each point has a dedicated, closed storage space reserved for BoxSpot service.
Each deposit is recorded, timestamped, and photographed, ensuring complete traceability.
Each partner is:
• administratively verified
• contractually supervised
• trained in the BoxSpot protocol
• equipped with a dedicated and closed storage space
This process guarantees a consistent standard across the entire network.
II — Booking & Payment
Yes. Any drop-off requires a prior booking.
This guarantees immediate availability of the chosen point and activates deposit traceability.
Yes. The account allows you to access your reservations, your QR code, and your history.
Yes. BoxSpot works exclusively with online payment.
No cash payment is allowed at partner locations.
Yes. International bank cards are fully accepted.
Yes. BoxSpot uses certified payment providers.
No banking data is stored by BoxSpot.
Yes.
The invoice is automatically sent by email with your reservation confirmation.
It also remains accessible in your client area.
The reservation is not validated.
You can try again immediately or use another payment method.
III — Pricing & Conditions
Two modes exist:
• Hourly rate
• Daily rate
If the hourly duration is exceeded, the daily rate is automatically applied.
The amount due must be paid before you can retrieve your luggage.

Each bag is added individually to your reservation.
Yes, when a promo code is available.

Cancellation is possible before the start of the deposit from your client area.
IV — Drop-off
Less than a minute.
Scan, drop off, leave freely.
Present your QR code to the partner.
The partner scans your reservation, photographs your luggage, then places it in the dedicated and closed storage space.

The QR code makes the process universal and language-independent.
Yes, in the following cases:
• presence of a prohibited item
• dirty, wet, or smelly luggage
• unreasonably large format
• suspicious behavior
No.
Partners are never authorized to open or inspect the inside of luggage.
V — Pickup
Present your QR code to the partner.
The corresponding luggage is returned immediately.

For security and traceability reasons, only the reservation holder can retrieve the luggage.
Upon any delay, the daily rate is automatically applied.
The amount due must be paid before you can retrieve your luggage.

VI — Physical Security
In a dedicated, closed partner space reserved for BoxSpot storage.
Each bag is:
• scanned
• photographed
• linked to a unique reservation
No luggage can be returned without corresponding QR validation.
VII — Prohibited Items & Illegal Activities
Strictly prohibited:
• illegal substances
• weapons
• explosives
• dangerous products
• animals
• perishable goods

The luggage is isolated.
Competent authorities may be contacted in accordance with current regulations.
VIII — On-site Incidents
BoxSpot analyzes the situation and offers:
• a redirection to another available point
or
• a refund,
depending on the most appropriate solution.
Never pay in cash.
Contact BoxSpot support immediately.
Digital evidence allows for quick identification of the situation.
BoxSpot coordinates resolution with the partner.

IX — Duration & Abandonment
The maximum deposit duration is 30 days, as long as payment remains up to date.
Notifications are sent at D+1, D+7, D+14, and D+30.
On the 30th day, a formal notice is sent.
Without response after an additional 30 days, the luggage is considered abandoned and becomes the partner's responsibility.
X — Personal Data
Only the data necessary for service execution and deposit traceability.

Security & Trust
BoxSpot uses two separate QR codes for every booking. When you book, you receive a deposit QR code to present at drop-off. After your deposit is confirmed by the partner, a separate restitution QR code is unlocked for pickup. These two independent codes ensure that no single point of compromise can allow unauthorized luggage retrieval.
Every BoxSpot partner is personally vetted by our local Moroccan team. The process includes an in-person visit to assess the storage space, a formal interview, and signing a partnership agreement. Our team is 100% based in Morocco — we know the cities, neighborhoods, and businesses. Only partners who meet our quality and security standards are approved.
When you drop off your luggage, the partner captures a timestamped photo of your items as proof of receipt and condition. When you pick up your luggage, another photo is taken. This creates a complete digital chain of custody, ensuring full traceability for every booking.
No. BoxSpot's dual QR system prevents this scenario. The deposit QR code and the restitution QR code are completely separate. The restitution code is only generated and unlocked after the partner confirms your deposit. Even if someone copied your deposit code, they could not use it to retrieve your luggage.
BoxSpot provides local customer support available 7 days a week. Our support team is based in Morocco and speaks French, English, Spanish, and Arabic. Because we are a local team, we can respond quickly and resolve issues with direct knowledge of our partners and locations.
