Drop Off
Go to the partner location. Show the QR code from your booking. The partner scans it and takes a timestamped photo of your luggage. Your deposit is confirmed instantly in the app.

Your luggage is stored securely at the partner location. Track your booking status in real-time through the app. Explore Morocco hands-free.
Pick Up
Return to the partner. Present your QR code — collection has been unlocked since the deposit was confirmed. The partner verifies it, takes a retrieval photo, and returns your luggage.

The partner scans your QR code and photographs your bags. The drop-off is timestamped.

The same code unlocks pick-up, once the drop-off is confirmed. A second photo is taken on handover.

BoxSpot uses one QR code per booking. The same code is scanned to drop off and to collect, but collection only unlocks once the partner has confirmed the deposit, and every scan is backed by a timestamped photo.
Prices start at 9 MAD per hour or 59 MAD per day, then 39 MAD for each additional day. No hidden fees. Cancellation stays free until your booking starts.
You can store suitcases, backpacks, travel bags, and sports equipment. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, undeclared valuables, and perishable goods. See our prohibited items annex for the full list.
