CTM station, Ouled Ziane bus station or a Supratours coach: where you actually arrive in Casablanca, how to reach Casa-Voyageurs and the centre, and where to drop your bags, Saturdays and Sundays included.
Key Takeaways
The main CTM station is on rue Léon l'Africain in the centre, four T1 tram stops from Casa-Voyageurs; Ouled Ziane is about 1.7 km from Casa-Voyageurs as the crow flies.
We could not confirm a fixed Supratours stop in Casablanca: the exact place is printed on your ticket.
The BoxSpot point Troplo Coffee, about 1.2 km from Casa-Voyageurs, opens 7am to 10pm on weekdays, 7am to 7pm on Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sunday.
9 MAD per hour per bag, 4-hour minimum (36 MAD), never more than 59 MAD for the day for the first bag.
You arrive in Casablanca by bus from Marrakech, Agadir, Fès or Essaouira, and you only leave in the evening, by train or by bus. In between there is a whole day, and a suitcase. The catch: there is no single "Casablanca bus station". Depending on the company, you get off in a different part of town. Here is where you really arrive, how to get to Casa-Voyageurs and the centre, and where to leave your bags, weekends included.
Short answerCTM buses arrive at the CTM station on rue Léon l'Africain, in the city centre, four T1 tram stops from Casa-Voyageurs. Private companies use Ouled Ziane bus station, about 1.7 km from Casa-Voyageurs as the crow flies (a few minutes by petit taxi). For the day, the most practical BoxSpot point is Troplo Coffee, about 1.2 km from Casa-Voyageurs: open 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm on Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sunday. Price: 9 MAD per hour per bag, 4-hour minimum (36 MAD), never more than 59 MAD for the day.
CTM, Ouled Ziane, Supratours: three different arrivals
The main CTM station is on rue Léon l'Africain, right in the city centre, a short walk from the Central Market. Most CTM buses arrive here. The company also has a point in the Maârif district: check your ticket for the exact drop-off place.Ouled Ziane bus station is the big terminal for private bus companies, on the route des Ouled Ziane in the Mers Sultan district, southeast of the centre. It is being renovated in 2026 (at the end of July the main building was 70% complete, according to Le360), so entrances and bay positions may change from one week to the next.Supratours is the road subsidiary of the national railway ONCF, and its coaches are designed to connect with trains. We could not confirm a fixed stop in Casablanca: the boarding and drop-off point is shown on your ticket. If your ticket combines coach and train, you will actually arrive at an ONCF station, often Casa-Voyageurs.
From the CTM station: four tram stops
The Marché Central tram stop is about 200 metres from the CTM station. Take line T1 towards Sidi Moumen: Mohamed Diouri, La Résistance, Place Al Yassir, then Casa Voyageurs, four stops along. Buy your ticket from the machine at the stop before boarding.
If you would rather go straight to the drop-off point, a petit taxi (red in Casablanca) will take you: Troplo Coffee is about 3 km from the CTM station as the crow flies. Ask for the meter as soon as you get in.
From Ouled Ziane: just take a petit taxi
Ouled Ziane is not on the Casa-Voyageurs line. The "Gare Routière Ouled Ziane" tram stop is served by line T4, which does not go to the railway station. With a suitcase, a petit taxi is the easy option: Troplo Coffee is about 1.5 km away as the crow flies, Casa-Voyageurs about 1.7 km. We would not recommend walking along the busy main roads.
Because of the works, the exit and the taxi rank may have moved: follow the signs on site.
The Troplo Coffee point: where, when, how
Troplo Coffee is a café in the Chadia neighbourhood, on the La Villette side, about 1.2 km from Casa-Voyageurs: roughly a 17-minute walk, or a few minutes by petit taxi. It suits the typical transit day: drop your bags, go and explore, collect them on your way back to the station.
DayOpening hoursMonday to Friday7am to 10pmSaturday7am to 7pmSunday10am to 6pm
On arrival, show your booking to the café staff: they scan your QR code and take a time-stamped photo of your bags. To collect them, you show the same QR code; bags are only handed back against it. Book on the Troplo Coffee Casa-Voyageurs storage page.
Three typical days, with the maths
A weekday: CTM bus in the morning, train in the evening
Your CTM bus arrives at 11am and your train leaves Casa-Voyageurs at 7pm. Tram to Casa-Voyageurs, a 17-minute walk, drop-off around 11:45am. You collect the bag around 6:15pm and are at the station before 6:35pm. Book 7 hours: at that point the price is capped at the daily rate, so 59 MAD for one bag.
Saturday: mind the 7pm closing
You arrive at Ouled Ziane at 9am and your night bus leaves from the same station at 9:30pm. On Saturdays Troplo closes at 7pm, so collect your bag by 6:45pm at the latest, then plan an unhurried dinner before departure. Drop-off at 9:30am, pick-up at 6:45pm: one bag, 59 MAD. If you can catch an earlier bus, even better.
Sunday: opens at 10am, closes at 6pm
This is the tightest case. Your CTM bus arrives at 8:30am on a Sunday and you have two suitcases. The point only opens at 10am, so have breakfast near the CTM station, then head to Troplo for 10am. Your train leaves at 7pm, but the café closes at 6pm: pick-up around 5:30pm. For two bags for the day: 59 + 49 = 108 MAD. On Sundays, ideally choose a departure before 6:30pm, or plan an hour waiting at the station with your bags.
